Whipped Feta Spread Recipe

When you’re looking for something easy to make but bright in packed with flavour, look no further than this whipped feta cheese spread! Made in the food processor, this comes together in no time at all. Serve it with naan bread as a creamy dip, but it can also be used as a zingy spread for pita wraps or sandwiches. If you want it spicy, add more chili flakes.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Farm Boy™ Cow and Goat Feta Cheese (200 g) drained and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers
- zest of 1 lemon
- lemon juice to taste
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil more for garnish
- pinch Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers
- chopped parsley for garnish
- 1-2 tsp Farm Boy™ Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Original Naan
Directions
- Place Farm Boy™ Cow and Goat Feta Cheese, Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers, lemon zest, juice, and Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil in food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Place in medium bowl and garnish with Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers, chopped parsley, Farm Boy™ Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend, and a drizzle of Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Serve with Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Original Naan for dipping.
