Mozzarella al Pesto Salad

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Farm Boy™ Fresh Basil Pesto
• 1/2 small yellow zucchini sliced thinly lengthwise
• 1 pack Farm Boy™ Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese (125 g) drained
• 1/2 cup fresh cherry tomatoes halved
• 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel to taste
• black pepper to taste
• basil leaves for garnish

Directions

1. Spread Farm Boy™ Fresh Basil Pesto on bottom of a round plate.
2. Arrange zucchini ribbons decoratively over pesto.
3. Place Farm Boy™ Buffalo Mozzarella ball over zucchini.
4. Garnish with tomatoes and sprinkle cheese with Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel.
5. Drizzle with Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garnish with basil leaves.
