Terms & Conditions
Farm Boy™ Gift Cards have no value until activated. Farm Boy™ Gift Cards are valid at participating Farm Boy stores in Ontario only. Farm Boy™ Gift Cards can be used for all in-store purchases, except for additional Farm Boy™ Gift Cards or as prohibited by law. Farm Boy™ Gift Cards have no expiration date and no fees will apply, except in the event of acquisition of a replacement card that has been lost, stolen, or damaged. Farm Boy™ Gift Cards can be reloaded at participating Farm Boy stores. Protect your Farm Boy™ Gift Card like cash.
If your Farm Boy™ Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. The funds used on a lost or stolen card cannot be replaced. All transactions carried out prior to notifying Farm Boy about a lost or stolen card shall be deemed to have been authorized by you. If there is a balance remaining on the card and the card is reissued, it may take up to thirty (30) day to process a reissuance. A $5 replacement fee may be charged for a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
Farm Boy™ Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Cards are not activated until payment is received. The Card represents an amount that has been prepaid in Canadian Dollars. To verify the balance of funds on the Card, for inquiries into these terms and conditions, or for other card information visit any Farm Boy store.

Farm Boy™ Gift Cards can be purchased at all Farm Boy stores in Ontario.
Farm Boy™ Gift Cards are valid for use at participating Farm Boy store locations. Farm Boy™ Gift Cards cannot be used for online purchases on the Farm Boy website.
There is no expiration date for a Farm Boy™ Gift Card.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Farm Boy™ Gift Cards can be replaced for a $5 fee. Farm Boy is not responsible for any funds used on a lost or stolen card. Please report any lost, stolen, or damaged cards as soon as possible so that a hold can be placed on that card.

If you do not have enough available funds on your Farm Boy™ Gift Card, a Farm Boy Team Member will split the transaction between the remaining amount on your Farm Boy™ Gift Card and an alternative payment method.
