Oh Pizza… how we love thee… especially when it is made with our Farm Boy Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust, our Sugo di Pomodoro, loads of mozzarella cheese, thin strips of our mild Calabrese salami, fresh tomatoes and mini peppers.
After baking, crown it with a handful of baby arugula for some peppery kick and for a taste of old-fashioned pizza parlours, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and some chili flakes.
Simple, quick, but most of all satisfying and delicious. Try this for your next pizza night!
Directions
- In small bowl, combine Sugo di Pomodoro and garlic flowers.
- Place pizza crust directly on oven rack and bake at 450°F for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven and top with sauce, leaving 1/2” border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella all over sauce and arrange tomatoes, peppers and salami strips over cheese.
- Place pizza back in the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Serve, topped with baby arugula and garnished with grated parmesan cheese and chili flakes.

- 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 Farm Boy™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 2-3 cocktail tomatoes sliced
- 2 -3 mini peppers sliced
- 30g Farm Boy™ Mild Calabrese Salami sliced, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup baby arugula
- Farm Boy™ Grated Parmesan Cheese (200 g)
