Oh, pizza… how we love thee… especially when it is made with our Farm Boy™ Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust, Farm Boy™ Sugo di Pomodoro, loads of mozzarella cheese, thin strips of our mild Calabrese salami, fresh tomatoes, and mini peppers.
After baking, crown it with a handful of baby arugula for some peppery kick and for a taste of old-fashioned pizza parlours, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and some chili flakes.
Simple, quick, but most of all satisfying and delicious. Try this for your next pizza night!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In small bowl, combine Farm Boy™ Sugo di Pomodoro and Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers.
- Place Farm Boy™ Gluten-Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust directly on oven rack and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven and top with sauce, leaving 1/2” border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella all over sauce and arrange tomatoes, peppers, and strips of Farm Boy™ Calabrese Salami over cheese.
- Place pizza back in the oven and bake for another 7-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Serve, topped with baby arugula and garnished with grated parmesan cheese and Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers.
