Calabrese and Veggie Pizza

Oh, pizza… how we love thee… especially when it is made with our Farm Boy™ Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust, Farm Boy™ Sugo di Pomodoro, loads of mozzarella cheese, thin strips of our mild Calabrese salami, fresh tomatoes, and mini peppers.

After baking, crown it with a handful of baby arugula for some peppery kick and for a taste of old-fashioned pizza parlours, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and some chili flakes.

Simple, quick, but most of all satisfying and delicious. Try this for your next pizza night!



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In small bowl, combine Farm Boy™ Sugo di Pomodoro and Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers.
  3. Place Farm Boy™ Gluten-Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust directly on oven rack and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove crust from oven and top with sauce, leaving 1/2” border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella all over sauce and arrange tomatoes, peppers, and strips of Farm Boy™ Calabrese Salami over cheese.
  6. Place pizza back in the oven and bake for another 7-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve, topped with baby arugula and garnished with grated parmesan cheese and Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers.


  • ½ cup Farm Boy™ Sugo Di Pomodoro Tomato Sauce (680 ml)
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Farm Boy™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 2-3 cocktail tomatoes sliced
  • 2-3 mini peppers sliced
  • 30 g Farm Boy™ Mild Calabrese Salami sliced, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • Farm Boy™ Grated Parmesan Cheese (200 g)
  • Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Peppers (23 g) for garnish
