Sparkling Strawberry Ice Cream Float

Ingredients

• 2 cups strawberries diced
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 4 scoops Farm Boy™ Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 bottle (275 mL) Farm Boy™ Lemon Sparkling Beverage
• 1/4 cup whipped cream

Directions

1. Place two medium glasses in freezer for 30 minutes.
2. In medium bowl, combine strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Spoon ¼ of the strawberry mixture on the bottom of each glass.
4. Top with two scoops of Farm Boy™ Vanilla Ice Cream.
5. Add the rest of the strawberries, then top up glasses with Farm Boy™ Lemon Sparkling Beverage.
6. Garnish with whipped cream and serve immediately.
