Pumpkin Spice Cream Trifles

  1. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon and ground ginger until smooth. Reserve.
  2. In mixer bowl, combine 35% cream, icing sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip until soft peaks form.
  4. In small glasses or individual trifle dishes, layer the cubed pumpkin spice loaf, pumpkin cream and whipped cream and pumpkin seeds.
  5. Finish with cream layer and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.


  • 250g Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese (250 g) softened
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar or more to taste
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Farm Boy™ Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Spice Loaf cubed (about 3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds plus more for garnish
