Pumpkin Spice Cream Trifles

Directions

  1. For the pumpkin cream: In mixer bowl, beat Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cinnamon, and Farm Boy™ Ground Ginger until smooth. Reserve.
  2. For the whipped cream: In mixer bowl, combine 35% cream, icing sugar, and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In small glasses or individual trifle dishes, layer the cubed Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Spice Loaf, pumpkin cream, whipped cream, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
  4. Finish with cream layer and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese (250 g) softened
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar or more to taste
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Farm Boy™ Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Spice Loaf cubed (about 3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds plus more for garnish
