Open Faced Smoked Sockeye Sandwiches
Directions
- In food processor, place Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese and avocado.
- Process until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread avocado cream cheese on Farm Boy™ Plain Thin Square Buns.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and Farm Boy™ Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon.
- Garnish with onions, cucumber, radish, and dill.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup large avocado peeled and chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Farm Boy™ Plain Thin Square Buns toasted
- 3 leaf lettuce leaves quartered
- 2 vine-ripened tomatoes sliced
- 1 Pack (85 g) Farm Boy™ Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon thawed
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers sliced into thin ribbons
- 1 small red onions sliced into thin rounds
- 3 radishes thinly sliced
- 8 dill sprigs for garnish
- 4 lemon wedges for serving
