Open Faced Smoked Sockeye Sandwiches
Directions
- In food processor, place cream cheese spread and avocado.
- Process until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Spread avocado cream cheese on 4 pieces of bread.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices and sockeye salmon.
- Garnish with onion rings, cucumber, radish and dill.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
