Open Faced Smoked Sockeye Sandwiches

Directions

  1. In food processor, place cream cheese spread and avocado.
  2. Process until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread avocado cream cheese on 4 pieces of bread.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomato slices and sockeye salmon.
  5. Garnish with onion rings, cucumber, radish and dill.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 Large Avocado peeled and chopped (1/2 cup)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Farm Boy™ Plain Thin Square Buns (450 g) toasted
  • 3 Leaf Lettuce Leaves quartered
  • 2 Ripe Vine Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Pack Farm Boy™ Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon (200 g) thawed
  • 2 Lebanese Cucumbers sliced into thin ribbons
  • 1 Small Red Onions sliced into thin rounds
  • 3 Radishes thinly sliced
  • 8 Dill Springs
  • 4 Lemon Wedges
