Directions

  1. In food processor, place Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese and avocado.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread avocado cream cheese on Farm Boy™ Plain Thin Square Buns.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and Farm Boy™ Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon.
  6. Garnish with onions, cucumber, radish, and dill.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese (250 g)
  • 1/2 cup large avocado peeled and chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Farm Boy™ Plain Thin Square Buns (450 g) toasted
  • 3 leaf lettuce leaves quartered
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Pack Farm Boy™ Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon (85 g) thawed
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers sliced into thin ribbons
  • 1 small red onions sliced into thin rounds
  • 3 radishes thinly sliced
  • 8 dill sprigs for garnish
  • 4 lemon wedges for serving
