These sunny and bright dessert shells are so easy to make and look stunning on your table! Save tons of time by using our Farm Boy Dessert Shells and all you have left to do is make a creamy, lemony filling, top with berries and dust with icing sugar, so this recipe is pretty quick to make.

The filling is a decadent blend of mascarpone, whipping cream and our tangy lemon curd that is so delicious, you may want to double up on the filling. You can then use it for crêpes, parfaits, trifles, tarts or simply with a bowl of berries.


  1. In large mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese and whipping cream until smooth.
  2. Add lemon curd and whisk until combined.
  3. Spoon lemon cream into dessert shells.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar.


  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup Farm Boy™ Lemon Fruit Curd
  • 1 pack Farm Boy™ Dessert Shells
  • 1 1/2 cups assorted berries
  • icing sugar for garnish
