The filling is a decadent blend of mascarpone, whipping cream, and our tangy Farm Boy™ Lemon Curd that is so delicious, you may want to double up on the filling. You can then use it for crêpes, parfaits, trifles, tarts, or simply with a bowl of berries.
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, whisk Farm Boy™ Mascarpone Cheese and whipping cream until smooth.
- Add Farm Boy™ Lemon Curd and whisk until combined.
- Spoon lemon cream into Farm Boy™ Dessert Shells.
- Garnish with fresh berries.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
