Eda-Yummy Grain Bowl

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix eda-yummy dip, yogurt, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add eggs, cover and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
  3. Cool in ice water and peel.
  4. Divide basmati rice amongst 4 bowls.
  5. Top with avocados, cucumber, tomatoes, and sliced eggs.
  6. Spoon some eda-yummy yogurt sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning and garnish with herbs.

  • 1 cup Farm Boy™ Spicy Kale Eda-Yummy Dip (275 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups Farm Boy™ Organic Probiotic Yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 package Farm Boy™ Mediterranean Style Basmati Rice Sprouted Blend cooked
  • 2 avocados pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 English cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend
  • fresh herbs for garnish
