Creamy Pumpkin and Chicken Tagliatelle

Creamy pumpkin and chicken tagliatelle is a delectable Italian-inspired dish that combines the rich, velvety taste of pumpkin with tender pieces of succulent chicken.

Directions

  1. Cook Farm Boy™ Artisan Tagliatelle Pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
  2. In large frying pan, cook Farm Boy™ Maple Wood Smoked Bacon until almost crispy. Drain and reserve. Save a bit for garnish.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp bacon fat to the pan and add chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Add reserved bacon, Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese, pumpkin puree, ¼ cup Parmesan, Farm Boy™ Smoked Paprika, Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers and milk. Stir until creamy and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss cooked tagliatelle with sauce.
  6. Serve, garnished with chopped parsley, more parmesan cheese, and reserved bacon.

  • 5 nests Farm Boy™ Tagliatelle Artisan Pasta (500 g)
  • 4 slices Farm Boy™ Maple Wood Smoked Bacon (500 g) diced
  • 1 Farm Boy™ Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast diced (about 180 g)
  • 125 g Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese (250 g)
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded and divided
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley chopped, for garnish
