Tip: The essence of this recipe is that it has spicy, pickly, bitter, and sweet ingredients all in balance. You can substitute almost any ingredient as long as the balance of flavours work.


  1. Add radicchio, endive, red onion, tomatoes, basil, Farm Boy™ Organic Chickpeas, pepperoncini, Farm Boy™ Spicy Pickled Eggplant, Farm Boy™ Jumbo Kalamata Olives, provolone cheese, and Hungarian salami to a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with Farm Boy™ Lemon Garlic with Honey Dressing.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


  • 350 g radicchio chopped
  • 250 g endive thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 vine tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup basil roughly chopped
  • 1 can (398 ml) Farm Boy™ Organic Chickpeas (398 ml) drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini sliced
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Spicy Pickled Eggplant (500 ml)
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Jumbo Kalamata Olives (370 ml) pitted and chopped
  • 100 g provolone cheese diced
  • 125 g Hungarian salami diced
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Lemon Garlic with Honey Dressing
