Serve with Farm Boy™ Fresh Pickles.
Directions
- Pour the chickpeas into a bowl. Mash the chickpeas with a potato masher or fork. A combination of chunky bits and smooth bits is perfect.
- Add the red onion, cilantro, chipotle bbq sauce and mayonnaise and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix together the coleslaw and pineapple salsa.
- Split each croissant bun in half and toast. Top each with some chickpea mixture and top with some pineapple coleslaw mix.

- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Chipotle BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Light Mayonnaise
- 4 cups Farm Boy™ Crunchy Napa Blend
- 1 container (225g) Farm Boy™ Pineapple Salsa
- 6 Farm Boy™ Croissant Buns
