This savoury bite-sized hors d’oeuvre may be your new go-to! Tender mushrooms, Farm Boy™ Organic Old Cheddar, Farm Boy™ Sundried Tomatoes, crispy Farm Boy™ Panko Breadcrumbs – there’s a lot to love.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In medium bowl, toss mushrooms with 3 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange hollow-side up on parchment covered baking sheet.
- Place a cube of Farm Boy™ Organic Old Cheddar Cheese in each mushroom cavity.
- In small bowl, combine Farm Boy™ Panko Breadcrumbs, Farm Boy™ Sundried Tomatoes, Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers, Parmigiano Reggiano, and remaining 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Divide panko mixture amongst mushrooms, mounding over cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft and topping is golden brown.
- Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
