Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

This savoury bite-sized hors d’oeuvre may be your new go-to! Tender mushrooms, Organic Old Cheddar, Sundried Tomatoes, crispy panko bread crumbs – there’s a lot to love.


Courses: Appetizers


  1. In medium bowl, toss mushrooms with 3 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange hollow side up on parchment covered baking sheet.
  3. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in each mushroom cavity.
  4. In small bowl, combine panko, sundried tomatoes, garlic flowers, Parmigiano Reggiano and remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil.
  5. Divide panko mixture amongst mushrooms, mounding over cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft and topping is golden brown.
  7. Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley.


  • 450 g medium white or cremini mushrooms stems removed
  • 4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil divided
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup (100g) Farm Boy™ Organic Old Cheddar Cheese (200 g) cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Sundried Tomatoes (212 ml) minced
  • 3 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish
