Apple Pancakes with Warm Apple Cider Sauce

Directions

  1. For the apple cider sauce: In small saucepan, stir Farm Boy™ Organic Apple Cider, sugar, and Farm Boy™ Cornstarch until smooth. Add Farm Boy™ Cinnamon Stick.
  2. Bring to a boil and whisk until slightly thick, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add butter and stir until melted. Discard cinnamon stick.
  4. For the pancakes: In a small bowl, combine pancake mix, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in apple.
  6. Portion batter onto oiled hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top.
  7. Flip and cook until the second side is golden brown.
  8. Serve pancakes drizzled with warm syrup.

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 1/8 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apple peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cups Farm Boy™ Organic Apple Cider
  • 1/3 cup sugar or more to taste
  • 4 tsp Farm Boy™ Cornstarch (454 g)
  • 1 Farm Boy™ 3" Cinnamon Sticks (23 g)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
