Tomahawk Steak with Garlic Flower Butter

Directions

  1. Bring steak to room temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rub steak with olive oil and then season with Fleur de Sel and steak seasoning.
  3. Grill steak on all sides over medium high heat, just enough to sear and brown evenly.
  4. Place steak in ovenproof pan and bake for about 25-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium rare (160°ׄF for medium).
  5. Let steak rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
  6. Melt butter with garlic flowers. Drizzle over steak.

  • 1 tomahawk steak approximately 1.5kg
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Pepper Steak Seasoning (140 g)
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
