- In medium saucepan, heat olive oil and cook onion, garlic, bell pepper and chorizo until very soft, about 10 minutes.
- Add chickpeas, paprika, tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook partially covered, stirring often, until mixture is thick and aromatic, 20-25 minutes. Stir in parsley.
- Serve with fried egg and naan.
