
This Salmon Tataki recipe is super quick to put together and it looks so impressive you may want to serve it on your next dinner with that special someone.
A very quick and easy slaw made with Napa cabbage, bell peppers, green onions and our new Farm Boy™ microgreens dressed with a deliciously spicy dressing makes the bed for this thaw-and-serve salmon tataki – you will have this starter on the table in no time.
Directions
- In small bowl, combine ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, chili and lime juice.
- Whisk and make sure sugar dissolves.
- In medium bowl, combine Napa cabbage, bell pepper, green onion and microgreens.
- Add dressing and toss gently to combine.
- Arrange salmon tataki over salad. Garnish with 1 Tbsp red bell pepper and microgreens and serve with lime wedges.

- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Thai Chilli minced or to taste
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 cup Napa cabbage very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper minced, plus 1 Tbsp for more garnish
- 2 Tbsp green onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Farm Boy Organic Crunchy Mix Microgreens (65 g)
- 1 pack Farm Boy™ Salmon Tataki (170 g) thawed in refrigerator overnight
- Lime wedges for garnish
