Holiday Turkey, Brie, & Cranberry Melt

A classic way to enjoy your holiday leftovers, we’ve upped the indulgence factor with the addition of our Double Cream Brie! Use leftover cranberry sauce, stuffing, and turkey from your holiday table to bring some festive flair to your standard sandwich.

Directions

  1. Spread both sides of 2 slices of bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Bring pan to medium heat and place one slice of bread mayo-side down.
  3. Top with slices of turkey, brie, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.
  4. Cover with second slice of bread butter-side up.
  5. Cook until crispy and golden and cheese has melted.
  6. Serve with warm turkey gravy for dipping.

  • 2 slices Farm Boy™ Multigrain Bread (600 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Fresh Local Turkey
  • 4 wedges Farm Boy™ Double Cream Brie (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Cranberry Sauce (375 ml)
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Turkey Gravy warmed
