Spread both sides of 2 slices of bread with mayonnaise.
Bring pan to medium heat and place one slice of bread mayo-side down.
Top with slices of turkey, brie, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.
Cover with second slice of bread butter-side up.
Cook until crispy and golden and cheese has melted.
Serve with warm turkey gravy for dipping.
