Asian-Style Pan-Seared Tuna

  1. Season tuna steaks with fleur de sel and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan for 5 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil and cook steaks for 30-60 seconds per side, or to desired doneness.
  4. Serve, drizzled with Sesame vinaigrette and garnish with green onion, chili, sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.


  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 2 Farm Boy™ Tuna Steaks thawed and patted dry
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel and black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Sesame Ginger Dressing (350 ml)
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges for garnish
