Asian-Style Pan-Seared Tuna
Directions
- Season tuna steaks with fleur de sel and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil and cook steaks for 30-60 seconds per side, or to desired doneness.
- Serve, drizzled with Sesame vinaigrette and garnish with green onion, chili, sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
- Serve with lime wedges.
