Thai Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce
Directions
- Cook noodles as indicated on the package. Rinse.
- In a small bowl, combine peanut sauce with lime juice and olive oil.
- Divide noodles amongst bowls.
- Top with chicken, carrot, red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, and edamame.
- Drizzle with peanut dressing and garnish with peanuts and cilantro leaves.
