Directions
- In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, tandoori spice, mint, cilantro, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Press meat mixture onto 8 skewers.
- Grill over medium high heat, turning carefully, for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Serve on warm naan garnished with tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber ribbons and sliced red onions.
