Mushroom Parmigiano Tarte with Balsamic Onions and Lemon Garlic GreensPlace on an oven safe tray, uncovered at 350°F (177°C) for 15-20 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow to cool down for 5 minutes before eating. Serve the balsamic onions on top. In a bowl toss the arugula with the lemon garlic dressing and serve on the side.
Surf ‘n’ Turf with Tomato Bearnaise and Souffle PotatoesPlace on oven safe tray and bake, uncovered at 350°F (177°C) for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Roasted Garlic RapiniPlace on an oven safe tray and bake, uncovered at 350°F (177°C) for 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
