Start the day with a refreshing and flavourful Gazpacho Salad made with a pepper medley and mini bocconcini, dressed with a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Dig into a hearty Eggs Benedict Bake loaded with peameal bacon and English muffins, topped with Choron Sauce and accompanied by seasoned Slow Roasted Tomatoes and savoury Breakfast Sausages.
On the side, scoop up a mouth-watering mix of mesquite potatoes, roasted peppers, and fiesta cheese in a Cheesy Shredded Potato Hash.

Sauce Choron	Place sauce into a pot and bring to a simmer, 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Slow Roasted Tomatos and Breakfast Sausages	Place container on oven safe tray and bake, uncovered, at 375°F (191°C) for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Cheesy Shredded Potato Hash	Place container on oven safe tray and bake, uncovered, at 375°F (191°C) for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Lemon Ricotta Cake	Allow cake to come to room temperature before serving. Serve with lemon whipped cream and mixed berries.
