  • Begin with a rich and creamy Sweet Potato Vichyssoise finished with an aromatic Black Leek Oil.
  • Our next course features a light and silky Parmigiano Flan topped with savoury Balsamic Tomato Jam and served on a bed of fragrant Lemon Garlic Arugula Greens.
  • The moist and delicate BBQ Mesquite Salmon entrée features a peppery, smoky flavour and is served with a side of Chili Roasted Potatoes for added spice.
  • A superb addition to this main course is the Zucchini Provençale, a medley of oven-roasted zucchini, tomato, onions, herbs, and cheese.
