The star of your festive spread is either a golden Roast Turkey served with savoury Turkey Gravy and a tart Cranberry Ginger Sauce OR a juicy Glazed Ham served with tangy Honey Mustard Cream Sauce and a sweet Maple Glaze.
Alongside them are a gorgeous Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing made with Farm Boy Sweet Italian Sausage, creamy Chive Mashed Potatoes, vibrant Slivered Carrots & Rutabaga, and seasoned Roasted Shredded Brussels Sprouts.

| Roast Turkey | Place in uncovered roasting pan, and reheat in a preheated 325°F (162°C) oven for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). |
| Cranberry Ginger Sauce | Serve chilled. |
| Turkey Gravy | Bring to a gentle simmer in a saucepan on stovetop, stirring regularly, about 10 minutes. |
| Glazed Ham | Line roasting pan with aluminum foil, Reheat, uncovered, in a preheated 350°F (177°C) oven for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). |
| Maple Glaze | Pour glaze over ham and place in the oven. |
| Honey Mustard Cream Sauce | Bring to a gentle simmer in a saucepan on stovetop, stirring regularly, about 10 minutes. |
| Chive Mashed Potatoes | Place in the oven with the turkey/ham for the last 40 - 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). Or microwave 3-4 minutes. |
| Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing | Place in the oven with the turkey/ham for the last 40 - 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). Or microwave 3-4 minutes. |
| Slivered Carroes & Rutabaga | For a flavour boost, top with Garlic Flower Butter. Place in the oven with the turkey/ham for the last 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). Or microwave 2-3 minutes. |
| Roasted Shredded Brussels Sprouts | For a flavour boost, top with Garlic Flower Butter. Place in the oven with the turkey/ham for the last 30-35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F(74°C). Or microwave 2-3 minutes. |
| Garlic & Herb Compound Butter | Place over vegetables before baking. |
