T-Bone Steak with Compound Butter
Chef inspired recipe using Farm Boy Compound Butter!
Instructions
  1. Allow steak come to room temperature for 30 minutes, then brush with Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  2. Grill over medium high heat for 4-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium rare.
  3. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before carving. Cut the meat along both sides of the bone then slice across the grain.
  4. Re-arrange the meat on a serving board, back along the bone, and top with our new Farm Boy™ compound butter, available in Lemon Herb or Jalapeño Lime.
  5. Serve with sautéed zucchini ribbons, grilled shrimp kebabs, and a few Mediterranean Stuffed Tomatoes from our new July Hot Bar menu (available at all stores except Stittsville).
