Potato-Chip Crusted Haddock Fillets
A new recipe from our chefs using Farm Boy™ Store Made Crispy Kettle Chips!
Instructions
  1. Pour 160 g of Farm Boy™ Store Made Crispy Kettle Chips into a sturdy plastic bag and crush into coarse crumbs with a rolling pin. (For a fun twist and some added flavour, try using our mesquite or sriracha ketchup chips instead of sea salt!)
  2. Cut 450 g of haddock fillets into 4 evenly sized pieces, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise on each piece of fish, covering both sides, then gently coat with the chip crumbs.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 158°F. Serve with a side salad of fresh spring greens with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of Farm Boy™ Balsamic Vinaigrette.
