  1. To make the slaw: In large bowl, combine green and red cabbage, carrot, green onion, apple and jalapeño. Add mayonnaise and white vinegar. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
  2. Sprinkle paprika over peameal bacon. In large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook bacon for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Meanwhile, slice Kaiser buns in half and spread mayonnaise on both halves. In a separate frying pan over medium heat, grill buns cut side down until golden brown, 1-2 minutes.
  3. To assemble sandwiches: Place 3 slices cooked peameal bacon on bottom of kaiser bun. Top with slaw and place top of bun over slaw. Serve with additional slaw on the side.
