One of the most famous street foods in Mexico is grilled or boiled corn slathered with mayonnaise and sour cream and then topped with crumbled cheese, powdered chili and drizzled with lime juice.

So flavourful, this corn recipe is completely delicious and perfect for your next barbecue!

Directions

  1. Brush warm cobs liberally with mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Place feta cheese on a plate and roll corn onto the cheese to make it adhere.
  3. Sprinkle with chili powder and sea salt and drizzle with lime juice.
  4. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

  • 6 cobs Corn grilled or boiled
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Farm Boy™ 14% Sour Cream (500 mL)
  • 0.75 - 1 cup Farm Boy™ Barrel Aged Feta (200 g) crumbled ( or Farm Boy™ Cotija Cheese)
  • Farm Boy™ Organic Chili Powder (51 g) to taste
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur De Sel (240 g) to taste

  • 0.25 cup cilantro leaves for garnish
