Mexican Style Street Corn

  1. Brush warm cobs liberally with mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Place feta cheese on a plate and roll corn onto the cheese to make it adhere.
  3. Sprinkle with chili powder and sea salt and drizzle with lime juice.
  4. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
  5. Enjoy!


  • 6 corn cobs boiled or grilled
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Farm Boy™ 18% Sour Cream (500 mL)
  • ¾ - 1 cup Farm Boy™ Barrel Aged Feta (200 g) crumbled
  • Farm Boy™ Chili Powder to taste

  • 6 lime wedges
