- In mixer bowl, whip cream until firm peaks form.
- Divide cream into two bowls.
- Fold in ¼ cup Farm Boy™ Lemon Curd to half of the cream and ¼ cup Farm Boy™ Red Cherry Fruit Curd to the other half.
- Place a spoonful of lemon cream on the bottom of 4 glasses.
- Top with a spoonful of Farm Boy™ Lemon Curd.
- Place a layer of Farm Boy™ Lemon Thyme Loaf Cake over cream followed by a layer of cherry cream and a spoonful of Farm Boy™ Red Cherry Fruit Curd.
