Directions

  1. In mixer bowl, whip cream until firm peaks form.
  2. Divide cream into two bowls.
  3. Fold in ¼ cup lemon curd to half of the cream and ¼ cup red cherry curd to the other half.
  4. Place a spoonful of lemon cream on the bottom of 4 glasses.
  5. Top with a spoonful of lemon curd.
  6. Place a layer of cake over cream followed by a layer of cherry cream and a spoonful of cherry curd.
  7. Repeat layering alternating creams, curd and cake.
  8. Finish with cream, a spoonful of curd and a lemon slice.

  • 3/4 cup Farm Boy™ Lemon Fruit Curd
  • 3/4 cup Farm Boy™ Red Cherry Fruit Curd
  • 1/2 Farm Boy™ Lemon Thyme Loaf Cake (450 g) cut into 1/2” cubes
  • lemon slices for garnish
