Directions
- In mixer bowl, whip cream until firm peaks form.
- Divide cream into two bowls.
- Fold in ¼ cup lemon curd to half of the cream and ¼ cup red cherry curd to the other half.
- Place a spoonful of lemon cream on the bottom of 4 glasses.
- Top with a spoonful of lemon curd.
- Place a layer of cake over cream followed by a layer of cherry cream and a spoonful of cherry curd.
- Repeat layering alternating creams, curd and cake.
- Finish with cream, a spoonful of curd and a lemon slice.
