Grilled Rainbow Trout With Summer Vegetables
Chef inspired recipe using fresh dressed trout and Farm Boy produce!

  1. Start with one fresh dressed rainbow trout and cut diagonal slits along the length of the fish, about 2" apart, down to the bones. Place a thin slice of fresh lemon in each unit.
  2. Rub fish with Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then season generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side, until skin easily releases from the grill.
  4. Remove from the grill with a long spatula and set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with a salad of tomatoes dressed with olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and pepper, and grilled romaine hearts drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy!
