Grilled Chicken Breast
  1. Place chicken in bowl and toss with lemon garlic dressing.
  2. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill over medium high heat, turning a few times, for 8-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let meat rest, tented with foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
Grilled Zucchini
  1. While chicken is cooking, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill over medium high heat, turning often, until nicely marked.
Green Bean Salad
  1. In large bowl, toss green beans and grape tomatoes with lemon garlic dressing.
  2. Place on platter and arrange bocconcini over the beans.
  3. Sprinkle basil leaves over salad.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper over the top and serve with grilled chicken and zucchini.
