  1. In small saucepan, place FB Wild Rice Blend with water and pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 20-22 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan. Add beef and cook until beef is browned, 5-7 minutes. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes, until soft. Add FB Ginger sauce and simmer until it thickens a bit, 2-3 minutes.
  3. To serve: Add 2-3 Tbsp wild rice blend to each lettuce leaf. Top with beef mixture. Garnish with carrot, bell pepper, beansprouts, green onions and peanuts. Serve with sriracha sauce and lime wedges.
