  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Mix the Farm Boy™ Honey and Farm Boy™ Garlic Dill Mustard together with the black pepper. Using a silicon brush, coat the salmon with this mixture – you can be as generous as you like, depending on your preference.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly on top of the coated salmon fillets.
  4. Place salmon in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F, then 5 more minutes on broil setting. Internal temperature of cooked salmon should be 158°F
  5. Watch the salmon carefully at this point to ensure that the walnuts do not become burnt.
  6. The salmon should be very lightly browned.
  7. Once the salmon is cooked, toss all of the other ingredients together in a bowl until well coated with the cider dressing. Top with the walnut crusted salmon.
