Ingredients
  • 300g rice noodles
  • 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 450g ground turkey
  • 2tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 227g sliced mushrooms (about 4 cups)
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 1 small red pepper, diced
  • 0.75cup Farm Boy™ Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 0.5cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened, about 20 minutes.
  2. In wok or large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and cook ground turkey, breaking up clumps, until no longer pink.
  3. Add ginger, garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Add carrot, red pepper, noodles, teriyaki sauce and ½ cup water to pan.
  5. Cook over high heat until noodles are soft and water evaporates (if noodles are still not soft, add a bit more water).
  6. Add sliced onions and cilantro and toss well.
  7. Serve with lime wedges and chili garlic sauce.
