Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 450g Pork Tenderloincut into thin strips
  • 1bottle Farm Boy™ Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1clove Garlicminced
  • 1Tbsp Gingerminced
  • 1 small onionthinly sliced
  • 1 Red Pepperthinly sliced
  • 1cup snow peastrimmed
  • 1.5cups pineapplecut into 1/2" chunks
  • 1Tbsp white sesame seeds

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine pork with garlic, ginger and 3 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil over medium high heat. Cook pork for 4-5 minutes, until it starts to brown. Remove from pan.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil to the pan and cook onions and peppers for 2 minutes, until they start to soften. Add snow peas and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Add cooked pork and pineapple, along with 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes longer. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
