Ingredients
  • 3large ripe vine tomatoeshalved
  • ½ cup Farm Boy™️ Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oildivided
  • 1 clove Garlichalved
  • Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Selto taste
  • Farm Boy™️ Black Pepperto taste
  • 1 Pain de Paris loafhalved and cut into 1 1/2” pieces
  • 100g Serrano Hamthinly sliced
  • 50g Manchego Cheeseshaved
  • Farm Boy™️ Stuffed Green Olives

Instructions
  1. Using a box grater, grate tomatoes, discarding skin (you should have about 2 cups puree).
  2. In medium bowl, combine tomatoes with 6 Tbsp olive oil, fleur de sel and black pepper to taste.
  3. Brush bread with 2 Tbsp olive oil and broil until golden brown.
  4. Rub bread with garlic.
  5. Top with tomato mixture and garnish with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese.
  6. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and serve immediately with stuffed green olives on the side.
