Instructions
  1. Place quinoa on bottom of 4 bowls.
  2. Arrange smoked salmon rosettes, avocados, cucumbers, radishes, bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes and kale over quinoa, alternating colours.
  3. Place 2 Tbsp Eda-yummy dip in centre of the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with Lemon Garlic Dressing and garnish with lemon wedges.
