Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and rub the ribs thoroughly.
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F. Wrap ribs in two layers of tin foil. Cook for 1.5-2 hours or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  3. Remove ribs from the oven and turn the oven up to 400ºF. Remove ribs from foil and coat in Bourbon Sauce, then cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
