Instructions
  1. In a pot, add lemon garlic dressing and 3 cups of water.
  2. Bring to a boil, add the shrimp, then turn off. Remove shrimp from pot after 3 minutes.
  3. While cooking, add carrots, green onion, and peppers and 2 tbsp sesame ginger dressing to a bowl and toss.
  4. Distribute the salad into the iceberg lettuce cups, top with cooked shrimp, a drizzle of peanut satay sauce and garnished with cilantro and peppers, alongside extra sesame ginger dressing for dipping!
  5. YUM!
