Roasted Pesto Salmon with Grape Tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Rub salmon with 1 Tbsp olive oil and season with Fleur de Sel and black pepper.
  2. In medium bowl, toss grape tomatoes with 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place salmon on baking tray and top each piece with 1 Tbsp pesto. Place tomatoes beside the salmon.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, until internal temperature of salmon reaches 158°F.
  5. Serve salmon topped with tomatoes.
