Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In small bowl, combine garlic flowers, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  2. Rub mixture all over lamb leg. Let meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Place lamb in roasting pan and bake 1.5 - 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  4. Let meat rest, tented with foil, for 15-20 minutes (internal temperature will rise to 145°F for medium rare while resting). Slice and serve.
