Pumpkin Spice Cream Trifles
Directions
- In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon and ground ginger until smooth. Reserve.
- In mixer bowl, combine 35% cream, icing sugar and vanilla.
- Whip until soft peaks form.
- In small glasses or individual trifle dishes, layer the cubed pumpkin spice loaf, pumpkin cream and whipped cream and pumpkin seeds.
- Finish with cream layer and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
