Ingredients
  • 1bag (340g) Farm Boy Sea Scallops, thawed and patted dry
  • Farm Boy Fleur de Sel and black pepper to taste
  • 1Tbsp Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4Tbsp Butter
  • 2tsp Farm Boy Garlic Flowers
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2Tbsp Capers, drained
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
  1. Remove muscle from scallops, season with fleur de sel and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large frying pan over high heat.
  3. Sear scallops for 2 minutes, then turn over.
  4. Add butter and garlic flowers to pan.
  5. When butter is melted, add lemon juice and capers.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
