Pan-Seared Rib Eye Steaks with Saint Agur Blue

Ingredients
  • 2 rib eye steaks (350 g each)
  • 1Tbsp Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1tsp Farm Boy Herbes de Provence Seasoning
  • 60g Saint Agur blue cheese, sliced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil, season with Fleur de Sel, black pepper and Herbes de Provence.
  3. Place steaks on hot oven-proof skillet and cook for 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Turn steaks, place skillet in oven and bake for 4-6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium rare.
  5. Remove to cutting board, top with Saint Agur cheese and let rest 5 minutes, tented with foil.
  6. Serve with roasted creamer potatoes and steamed asparagus.
