  1. Heat oven to 350°F and coat a loaf pan (9 x 5) with a thin layer of Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Be sure not to over-mix, keeping the meat juicy.
  3. Evenly spread the meat mixture into the loaf pan, and cook for 50-60 minutes until done, internal temperature of the meat loaf is 165⁰F.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with a dollop of Farm Boy™ Tzatziki!
