Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish or resealable bag.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
