Lobster rolls are decadent an iconic summer treat. Very easy to make, you only need to steam our lobster tails for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 158°F. Remove meat from tails, let cool and cut into ½ chunks.
Once meat is cool, add a bit of mayo, celery, chives, salt and pepper and you’re ready to assemble an amazing sandwich. Pair with our kettle cooked crinkle potato chips and enjoy.
Tip: a great time-saving option is to use our Fresh Whole Canadian Lobster (fully cooked) instead of the lobster tails!
