  1. Mix lemon juice and melted butter.
  2. On a plate mix flour, salt and pepper together.
  3. Dip fish fillet in lemon and butter mixture, turning as necessary to coat completely.
  4. Roll each fish fillet in the seasoned flour making sure it is thoroughly coated.
  5. Place fish in baking dish, pour remaining lemon mixture over fish and sprinkle fish with paprika.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes until golden and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and internal temperature is 158⁰F.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
